I wasn't having a "A" day, which I attribute to the high pollen -- I awoke congested and feeling heavy. But I really feel I ran the best race I had in me today, and you can't be unhappy with that.
Did have a lot of issues with hyperventilating during the race, but worked through them. Used 2 puffs of inhaler at 7:00, and a third at 7:20. Allegra+Singulair the night before, Pepto+Immodium morning of.
Cut oatmeal out for 36 hours before, and that helped with stomach too, I think. Took a shotblok at miles 3.5 and 7.
