Starting temp 71/DP 62; ending temp 80/DP 63. No wind.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to East Falls Church small loop, with a loop at Benjamin Banneker park in the grass each way. Then took W&OD to Custis to MM 2.5 and back to MM 2 for two hill sprints, before jogging over to the track to finish up with some laps on the infield. Drills after, including some hurdles.
Ankles achy and then OK - running on the grass was uncomfortable.
L/R balance was 49.8/50.2; wore big toe spacers
1 capsule Rytary and 1 mg rasagiline at 4:45 am
