Temp and DP 76. Did 6x800 - George wanted us to pull back, so I did - but what felt like 3:10 effort was giving me around 3:00 flat. Picked it up for the last one, and ran 2:50 without straining. Neat. Amazing how much better I can run intervals when my lungs are working right.
Legs felt tired from Sunday run, but since I wasn't pushing it on these, wasn't an issue. Ran just behind Matt and Jenn, with Chris, Jason, Philippe, and new guy a bit further ahead, and Dan and Kate HW working with me. Splits were 3:02, 3:00, 3:02, 3:00, 2:58, 2:50.
