Temp 18, DP 9. Track workout - 4 mile tempo in 26:27 (6:53/6:35/6:31/6:28) - ran a bit ahead of Layth for the first 3 miles, then let him haul me on the last one :) Pretty happy with how this one went, given the temps and how lousy I felt earlier this week. Iron supplements are helping.
One puff Foradil in the morning, two puffs rescue inhaler before workout. Really bad ice cream headache after the run.
