First track workout back. Went out too hard for the first (1st quarter in 1:27 - oops) but then toned it back and hit all 6 intervals exactly where I wanted. Splits were 2:59, 3:00, 3:01, 3:00, 3:02, 3:01. My form was breaking down at the end -- I'm just rusty and unused to this --- and I also had to relearn my mental toughness skills. But, I'm feeling good about this one (especially the consistency of the splits).
