Tempo was slightly on easy side -- not quite sure why. It was still a solid workout, so I'm not too worried about it. I just need to be sure not to make assumptions about my race capabilities based on a treadmill workout.
Left calf was stiff near end -- right achilles twinged slightly.
warmup fartleks were .1 on, .2 off, at 9.0, 9.5, 9.8, 10.0, 10.5, 11.0, 2x11.5, 2x12.0
