Temp and DP 44. Nice weather.
Did a 5 mile tempo - Sarah ran with me through 5K and I soloed the rest. Felt a bit sluggish today - stuck in a slightly slow rhythm. I'm thinking some of it was caution about getting 5 in, and part was being a bit chilled (ran in a sports bra rather than keeping my longsleeve on - that was a mistake). Oh well - it was still good to get 5 in, and better to be too slow than too hard on tempos.
Splits were 6:45/6:36/6:37/6:36/6:30.
Breathing was good - Adviar 250/50 and pepto
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores, lemon-lime, and berry GUs.
