Temp 49, DP 48, light rain. Jogged from Golds Rosslyn to Down Dog Georgetown, then took a break to do drills and four hill sprints. Then ran with Sharon from Down Dog to the Mall via Dupont/Mass/L. Stopped at L'Enfant Plaza and took metro home.
