Crimesolvers 5K. Was really happy about how I ran this one - ran fairly evenly, and actually had a big kick at end (which was probably indicative of being a bit too conservative during the rest of the course)
One puff of Foradil plus a few puffs of albuterol. No asthma during the race, so yay.
