Temp and DP of 70 - ridiculous.
5K tempo in 20:06, which I was fine with, due to the lack of strides/drills (SLOW first mile), the humidity, and the fact that I was holding back to save for Monday's race. Stomach still a bit nauseous from food poisoning, but not really a factor during the workout. Was really good about concentrating and staying focused. I feel good about this one. Splits were 6:36, 6:27, 6:21, and then 42 for final 200m.
Since I'm racing on Monday, I skipped the squats and good mornings. Also wasn't allowed to do any 200m repeats, since I apparently looked tired. Poo. But better too few reps than too many.
