5K tempo on track -- 20:34 (6:36 pace), with splits being 6:39, 6:39, 6:31, and then 6:00 pace for last 200m
Used inhaler before started running, and breathing was great. Can't figure out why HR was so high. Had slight stomach issues at end, but I think that was just too many banana chips for breakfast.
Foot was a bit tender for warm-up, felt 100% for tempo (forgot about it), then tender for the cooldown. I kept the cooldown very short, and did the remainder of it in the pool.
Pollen is definitely reasonable, and humidity was fine as well.
