Temp 56, DP 46, wind of 8 mph from south.

Ran 6x800 in 3:22, 3:19, 3:15, 3:15, 3:15, 3:13 - recoveries were all 3:0x except for after the fourth interval, when I cut the recovery to 2:23 so I could trail another group. Then chatted, jogged a bit more, and did 2x200 in 48 each.

I worked with Caroline, Andrea, Elena, and Joe for the first four, and then trailed Dave Lett, Matt, Eve, and JD for the last 2.

My gait felt really good for the 800s; less so for the 200s, but I think taking the standing break had something to do with that.

L/R balance at 49.6/50.4 - wore little toe spacers.

Breakfast was rice, cereal, and lemon Torq gel - sat well.

Wore longsleeve for the warm-up and then sportsbra and shorts for workout - perfect for conditions.
