Temp/DP 46, no wind. Fantastic weather.
Workout was 400/800/1200/1600/1200/800/400. Splits were 1:44, 3:24, 5:02, 6:43, 4:57, 3:14, 1:33. 84 second recovery after first 400, 2:46-3:15 recoveries after 800s and 1200s, 6:23 recovery after 1600.
Brekafast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs, and dark chocolate - I might cut back on the dark chocolate some next time.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar and 1 puff of rescue, since slightly tight.
Wore sportsbra and shorts for workout.
L/R balance at 47.8/52.2
Left leg felt very nervy and burny for first reps of workout.
