Notes

At Yorktown. Did ladder of 200/150/100/50 on 2:00, and then alternated 50 kick and 250 paddles/buoy for 950 yards. Then finished with 5x50 on 70 seconds. Kick 50s (kick out, dolphin back) are getting much faster - I've improved my dolphin a lot. Split 1:18, 1:15, 1:09, 1:07 for each kick 50 (as opposed to my normal 1:20-1:30, and previous PR of 1:17 - lousy kicker)
