Temp 75, DP 71. Way sticky. Felt lousy and almost skipped, but decided to give it a try. Ran with Jillian, Kelly, Kate K, Jessica's S. and C, and Dan. Felt better as I went. Stuck with 6 reps this time.
Treated the workout as a drill - powerful knee lift on the way up; and also lifting the knees more on the stride on the way down.
Could have done without the jog back up to Ballston afterwards, but oh well. It's basically just one more hill rep.
Followed with injury prevention work at Golds, including squats (3x4 ass to grass at 45, 65, 85, and 2x4 parallel at 135, 160) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30).
One puff of Dulera in the morning.
