Temp 12, DP -4. Since temps were a bit warmer than forecast, I went ahead and did a Whitehurst workout. I did 4 miles on the easier side of tempo pace, followed by 1200m recovery jog, and then 2x800m with 400m jog in between. From the boat house to 31st is ~800 meters, so I used that for distance. Had to divert a bit on the second 800 to dodge a car. One puff of foradil in the morning.
