Ran a 4 mile tempo solo in 28:21 - splits were 7:16/7:10/7:01/6:54 - balance was a bit off but workout went well.
L/R balance was 50.2/49.8 - wore big toe spacers.
2 puffs of rescue before workout.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, Razz clif gels.
