DP and temp of 71.
Decent workout -- completely ignored my watch and just ran off of feel. Got shut down after 7, which was a bit disappointing, but oh well. Splits were a bit erratic, but that could be due to a # of different factors -- dodging kids, for example. Splits were 3:04, 2:57, 3:00, 2:58, 3:01, 2:55, 2:59.
First rep was funny - - entire group, including very fast people, went through the first quarter really slow (1:38!), and then did a super-big catch-up.
Two puffs of inhaler before, plus Pepto. Was feeling tired and beaten down from the humidity, but used the workout as an opportunity to stop complaining and just enjoy running, and it worked well.
Followed with squats (3x8 at 105, 115, 120) and good mornings (2x10 at 85)
