Temp 76, DP 75, wind of 6 MPH from southeast.

Did 6 Iwo Jima hill repeats - intentionally was more aggressive on the uphill and the stride, while keeping the recovery jogs very slow and also taking a water break every second rep.

Had thought I might do 8 originally, but decided 6 was good enough. I wanted to test the hamstring with some harder running, even if it meant less reps.

Hamsting held up well - slightly tight at times, but not a huge issue. Downhill strides felt better than before. Did the "up" to the one-way sign, and the stride to the white marker near the tree.

GCT balance was decent, though sometimes slightly skewed to the right OR to the left.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well (yay).

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and two puffs of rescue during warm-up. Breathing fine after using rescue. Not sure if I needed it because of the humidity, or just because the Advair hadn't kicked in yet.

Wore my arm-coolers. Forgot my sunglasses and wished I had them.

Cooled down in the Endorphin Pros, so that will be a separate log entry.

Did 4 sets of the Gambetta circuit after - 10 air squats, 5 lunges, 10 step-ups, and 10 squat jumps (with forward motion).
