Temp 38, DP 30, wind of 3 mph from east.
Workout was 2K, 1-2x1200, 2x800, 1-2x400. I did 2K, 1200, 2x800, 2x400 - for most of them I followed Andrea, Ashley, Chris Carney, and others. Splits were 9:21, 5:20, 3:28, 3:27, 1:40, and 1:42. Recoveries of 5:38 after the 2K, 3:0x-3:2x after the 1200 and 800s, and 91 seconds between the 400s.
Wore thin tights and longsleeve - mostly comfortable. Couldn't decide whether to keep gloves on or not.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, part of a torq gel.
L/R balance was 47.9/52.1 - wore little toe spacers
