Did a combined hill/tempo workout of:
3x10 seconds at 5% incline and 8.5 mph, 50 seconds recovery after each.
2x5:00 at 0.5% incline and 8.5 mph; with 90 second jog at 6 mph.
6x1 minutes at 5% incline with 90 second jog (cycled twice through easy (6 mph), medium (7.3-7.5 mph) and hard (8.3-8.5 mph).

Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good
