Temp 64 and DP 57. Wind from the north at 10 mph.
The workout was 2x800, 1-2x1600, 2x800. I skipped the optional 1600 and instead added two 400s at the end.
Splits were 3:30, 3:27, 7:00, 3:22, 3:21, 97, and 98. Recoveries were 2:4x-2:5x after the 800s, 6:01 after the 1600, and 88 between the 400s.
Ran with Ben, Carolyn, and Andrea. Just stuck at tempo pace today, which was frustrating.
L/R balance was 50.6/49.4. Wore big toe spacers.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, and razz clif gels - sat well.
Wore arm-coolers.
