80 degrees, DP of 66. 4.5 mile warm-up (checking out towpath and cap crescent) and then 5 mile tempo, using chalk marks. Couldn't see all the chalk marks, so splits are for 1.5 miles up, 1.5 miles down, 1.5 miles up, and final .5 mile down. 7:02 pace for 5 miles.
Surprisingly humid. Pretty happy with this one, though.
