Temp and DP 62. Took Fairfax connector to Custis to W&OD and then picked up Rt 7 in Falls Church. Then took W&OD back to Custis, exiting at MM 1.5 and looping around the school. Did drills and four strides after.
DIdn't feel too bad. Breathing slightly tight.
