Start at temp 73, DP 71; end at temp 79, DP 72.
Met team at Carderock, and ran out with group, including Daryle, George, Lauren, Juan, new guy whose name I can't remember, Tony, Matt Smith, Joe, Maria K. Ran very easy for 10 (9:18 pace) and then picked it up to what felt like MP for the rest of the run - ended up being 7:13 - good for that weather.
