Temp 37, DP 27. First track workout back - did 400/800/1200/1200/800/400 - splits were 1:35, 3:09, 4:38, 4:37, 2:57, 1:26.
This was fairly conservative, both because I was being cautious and because I'm a bit unfamiliar with workout effort. Started off running with Daryl for 400, ran with Marvin for 800, and then did the rest of the workout with Dan. Everything held up fairly well, though hamstring was a bit stiff for second part of workout - I attribute this in part to almost getting tripped by someone who darted in front of me - when I dodged him, I tweaked a bit. Not really painful, though, so I'm not too worried.
Lacelocks did not work well for keeping shoes tied - I need to find another option.
