Temp and DP 68. Showed up just planning to do 2x400 easy, but ended up doing most of the workout (George and I agreed to pull the plug after the 1600). Kept the effort careful, focusing on form rather than pace. Workout was 2x400 moderate, and then 2x800, 1x1600 (skipped the 2x400 fast).
Splits were: 1:33, 1:38, 3:05, 3:02, and 6:13
