A bit sluggish at first (from yoga), but held firm. Worked on good, even form.

Aimed for HR between 165-175 on Custis -- peaking the HR on the uphills, and recovering on the downhill

Averaged 8:10 pace for the 4 miles that were net uphill, and 7:33 pace for the 4 miles that were net downhill, for overall average pace of 7:51 for the 8 miles
