Temp 31, DP 26, no wind.
Did 4x1200, 2x400 in 5:10, 4:59, 4:54, and 4:51, and then 2x400 in 91 each. 1 lap jogged recoveries in between 2:30 and 3:30. Worked/trailed with Will Ellison, Elinor Kim, and others. Felt awkward the first rep and then improved.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, berry and smores GUS plus dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar plus one puff of inhaler.
Wore tights and longsleeve and felt well dressed for workout.
