Temp and DP 50, wind of 9 MPH from NE, pollen of 8.8 (but felt thicker).

Did 1600, 4x800 in 6:02, 2:56, 2:56/58, 2:56, 2:51. Recoveries were just under 5 minutes after the mile, and just over 2:30 after the 800s - wish they were a bit faster.

Worked with/trailed Tony, Alex, Cait, David K, Romain, David M, Chris C, and Sarah W. Felt sluggish and legs felt tired, so surprised this was as fast as it was. Definitely felt the wind on the 800s (tucked in behind Romain for the last). We had a lot of confusion about the start of the second 800, so I started my Garmin a few seconds before we actually started running.

Breathing OK but not perfect - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue before workout.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs, and corn tortilla - sat well.
