Temp 53, DP 52. Did 2000, and then 4x800 in 7:32, 3:04, 3:03, 3:03, 3:04. A bit of a schizo workout.

I was planning on cruising the whole thing and maxing out the reps, and then George told me to "group up" on the 2000, which I thought meant run with the group ahead (Jenn, Jake, Sarah, and some others). So I picked up the pace and went with them - it actually didn't feel hard at all. But made no sense to run at that pace when I'm marathon training and would rather max out the reps. And as it turned out, George had meant that he wanted me to slow down and group up with those behind me.

So I pulled way back on the 800s and cruised them with Lindsey and Brent so I could get 5-6 in, only to get shut down at 4 anyway. I was annoyed, but I guess it's not the end of the world - better too easy a workout than too hard.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, nude and smores GUs, and coconut stroopwafel. Stomach definitely off. Breathing was Advair 250 and Qvar - was OK.

I overdressed for this workout in tights and thin longsleeve - definitely a bit warm.
