Temp and DP 44, wind of 6 MPH from south. Parked in Georgetown and ran to Calvert Crossing and back, before going into a cycle of 2 short hills/10 minutes tempo/2 short hills/10 minutes tempo/2 short hills.
Splits were 68, 70, 10:27 (6:43), 71, 68, 10:03 (6:29), 69, 67. Recoveries of ~2:30 between hills, ~3:00 after hills to tempo. Full recovery after the first tempo because I needed to use the bathroom, ~1:30 after the second tempo.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of inhaler during warm-up. Breathing good after use of inhaler.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted watermelon Gus. Needed bathroom break during workout, but no bleeding at least.
Wore just sports bra and shorts for workout - longsleeve felt too warm.
