4x1200, 400 in 5:21, 5:15, 5:06, 5:01, 94. Recoveries between 3:07 and 3:32 after each 1200.
This was good for a first workout back - trailed Carolyn, Ari, Ashley, and Andrea.
L/R balance at 49.9/50.1, wore toe spacers.
Wore thin long sleeves, shorts, and gloves with handwarmers - perfect for weather.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, and Torq gel - sat well.
Did some vestibular work before run; made it easier to run in the dark.
