Temp 69, DP 67. The workout was scheduled to be 2x1600, 2x800, 2x400. However, the Chicago/Mohawk Hudson people ended up being held to just the 1600s and 800s. I was a bit bummed. But not a bad thing to feel like I could have done more but wasn't allowed to.

Split 5:58, 6:04, 2:51, 2:50. I pulled back on the second 1600 after George told me the first was too hard. I disagreed - it didn't feel too hard. But again, he's the coach. Worked with Alex F, Jenn, Brent, and new girl Jo.

Breathing very good - Advair 250/50 plus rescue pre-advair plus 1 puff Qvar. Stomach was fine for the workout, but some lower GI trouble during warm-up - took Pepto before. I really need to get my GI tract to settle down before the marathon.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, berry stroopwafel, and toasted marshmallow and ginger ade GUs.

Legs are not totally fresh, but starting to turn around.
