Temp 54, DP 50. Windy Ran out Wash Blvd, then picked up Custis by looping through neighborhood. Then out to East Falls Church and back, turning at Utah to get to track. Drills and two strides after. Took Claritin (5mg) before. Felt sluggish, but better than without it.
