Temp 70, DP 69. Easy run from Fletchers to Hains Point and up MV trail (Towpath out, Cap Crescent back). Ran with Tenley, Bill, Jessica M, Kelsey, and Nora. Felt good, save for some sciatica on left and blister on right foot.
