Notes
Tempo in very hot and humid conditions (dewpoint of 71, temp of 76). One puff of inhaler before (shoulda done 2?).
Tough one due to humidity, bright sun, and my still not feeling 100%. Kept it slow, and was happy I did.
Workout was 2x2 miles plus 1 mile. Did it in 13:16 (6:39/6:37), 13:24 (6:44/6:40), and then 6:32. So not horrible, though I would have preferred to swap the first and second 2 mile segments.
Followed with more drills and some injury prevention work in the gym.
