Temp 48, DP 47, with a wind.
Workout was 2x2 miles, with optional mile (2 lap jog between). Splits were 13:01 (6:39/6:22) and 12:42 (6:28/6:14)
I ended up going anaerobic during the second 2 mile repeat, so skipped the mile. There's been high mold all week, and I felt it today. I also didn't do any strides before workout because I finished my warm-up late - oops.
Followed with injury prevention work at the gym - squats (4x8 at 105, 115, 125, 135; then 2x8 at 105 and 95 with greater ROM) and good mornings (1x10 at 95).
