Freestyle at WL. Did 500 easy, once through the ST default set, and then 1000 yards continuous before doing 10x100 on 2:00. Then 500 easy to cooldown.

Splits were:

Set 1: 2:34.38, 1:42.32, 51.04, 1:27.34, 51.40, 1:07.40, 1:29.04

Set 2: 17:47 (8:56.97/8:50.88)

Set 3: 1:41.50, 1:41.28, 1:41.55, 1:40.07, 1:40.04, 1:39.29, 1:39.71, 1:38.04, 1:36.91, 1:36.99
