Notes
Starting temp 76, DP 66, end at temp 80, DP 64. From home, picked up Custis at Washington, and took Custis to W&OD to East Falls Church. Turned left on Van Buren and took COlumbis to Noland to pick up Rt 7. Then ran past State THeatre on 29 back to W&OD, which I took back to the Custis. Ran the Custis until 18th St (right after MM 2), then took Monroe loop back to Quincy and down Washington to past house. Felt horrible at first (feeling last night's show), but decent by the end. Drills and 2 strides after.
