Starting temp 64, DP 60; ending temp 69, DP 60. Wind from north at 6 mph.
Started at Fletchers and did 2 miles out and back and then met group. Ran down towards Hains and back. Ran this progressive - first 3 miles averaged 9:36, next 5.5 averaged 8:03, next 3.5 averaged 7:43. Couldn't quite get to marathon effort because my feet were hurting - I think I had the shoes tied too tight.
