Broad Street 10 miler: Bright sunshine -- 60 degrees at start; 63 at finish. Not a great race - I crashed and had to use inhaler around mile 8.5, and then cough out some junk in mile 9. I felt overheated, but coach thought I just wasn't tapered right.
Very fast course -- drank water at every stop, and took shot bloks at mile 2 and 5. Quads felt a bit shot from the early downhill. 2 puffs of inhaler 30 minutes before race. Immodium+pepto. Pre-race breakfast of rice with cinnamon, banana, and egg worked very well - no stomach issues.
