Did four moderate 200s (48, 50, 49, 48) with 200 jog, and then 5x1200 with 200 jog in 5:07, 5:06, 5:03, 5:00, 4:57 (200 jogs in around 80 seconds each), 400 jog after the last and then 2x200 at mile effort in 45 and 44.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs, and dark chocolate - sat well.

Breathing was advair 250/50, Qvar 80, and 2 puffs of rescue before workout.
