Temp and DP 67.
Did 3x(1200, 800, 400) in 4:46, 3:05, 88, 4:39, 3:01, 88, 4:32, 2:58, 85. Chris C. was a bit ahead; worked with Seamus, David, Aurelia, Kate W., Lisa, and Sarah W. Good group.
Didn't feel good for this workout. Legs were tired from Sunday, stomach really off with significant GI bleeding during the workout, and breathing not great. I would have liked to have been able to close faster, but no leg speed. I'm not too worried about it - for a "bad" workout this was still pretty good, and I got volume in. Just wish I had been able to close better since I have the mile race next week.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and one puff Qvar - I may need to go up to two puffs.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and birthday cake GUs, and berry stroopwafel. I don't think the GI issues were due to breakfast - more generalized inflammation left over from Sunday afternoon.
