Temp 57, DP 46. Pollen supposedly high, but don't have a #. Felt humid to me, though the official weather report says otherwise.

DId 2000, then 4x800+400. Splits were 7:45, 3:01, 3:00, 2:58, 2:53, and then 87. Worked with Bradford, Sarah W., Kate W, and Dan for the most part; Juan joined us at the beginning; I soloed an 400 at the end.

OK workout, though not stunning. I pulled back slightly after the 2000 because I could tell I was on the edge of straining. Last 800 felt good. Felt asleep for the 400 - was trying not to hammer it, but ended up pulling back a bit too much and running slower than the last 800...oops.

Breathing was OK but not great. Advair 250/50 and Qvar, but I don't think I got a great dose of the Advair.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and birthday cake GUs, and berry stroopwafel - sat well.
