Temp 73, DP 61. Did 6 hill repeats, working with Jason, Brent, and Rachel. Surprised at how well this went - I was planning to run with a slower group, and also to be conservative on the # of repeats - 4 was fine if I felt tired. But I ended up running 6 and they all felt quite good. Breathing was good too - first workout on Advair 100/50.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, ginger GU and berry stroop wafel. Really retaining water for some reason.
