Notes
Temp of 39. A bit fatigued, but much better than yesterday -- 24 hours of rest and fluids (16 of which were in bed) and I feel much better. Still a bit sluggish, but much improved. Less ache in upper body, but still a headache and scratchy throat.
Kept this pretty easy -- ran down U st to 9th to the Mall, then up and around Lincoln before taking Rock Creek back to Dupont, and then up to Adams Morgan and back (adding on Swann loop at end).
