Notes

At Wl. Did 150/2x100/50, then did ST default set with some extra sets of kick, one armed, and catchup. Then 200/150/100/50 as paddles/pull buoy/fist/3/2 breathing, before finishing up with some more buoy and some paddles and normal 50s.
