Temp 61, DP 58. Light rain, which kept the pollen down, plus some wind. Workout was 2x800, 1600, 2x800, working with Layth, Chris C, Kate HW, and Elyse. Ran 3:02, 2:58, 6:09, 2:55, 2:53. Probably the best workout I've had in a while - the rain really helped - my legs felt so much fresher.
One full Foradil in morning, and 2 puffs rescue inhaler right before. Also did my standard Claritin tab in the morning. Took a black cherry shot blok for a small dose of caffeine.
