Temp 74, DP 72. 4 mile tempo (6400m) working with Ann and Katie S. Felt pretty dizzy and weak at start (Dulera side effects) but no breathing struggles during run, which is a tradeoff I'll take any time.
Did the tempo in 25:14 (6:21 pace), split as 6:31, 6:17, 6:16, 6:10. Last mile was a bit too hard, and stomach cramped up, but oh well. Still a good run.
Followed with injury prevention work at gym (4x8 squats at 115, 145, 165, 170, 2x10 good mornings at 95, 105, and 4x5 single leg deadlifts at 30)
